Since this will be the only Feb 29 for the next 3 years, I am making it a "placeholder"....and I can look back.
It is almost March and I haven't "blogged" in 2020 yet...i have things to share, but i'm pretty tired tonight. Short & Sweet - this past Mon (Feb 24), I had more body parts removed (my uterus & ovaries) b/c I had genetic testing results show that I have a genetic mutation called Lynch Syndrome that increases my risk of certain cancers including: colon - where I had 8 inches of that removed 5 years ago) and uterine & ovarian. It was preventative and a smart move for my long-term health, but I am still sore & tired....should be doing much better this coming week.
The last Feb 29 was 16 days after we lost Mom in 2016....not a good year and when I created this "FUN" graphic:
